Welcome to Radiant Catalyst Nursery (RCN). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of our childcare services and website. By enrolling your child in our nursery, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Registration and Enrolment

2.1 Admission Requirements

To enrol a child in Radiant Catalyst Nursery, parents or legal guardians must:

• Complete and submit an enrolment application.

• Agree to our fees, policies, and payment schedule.
• Adhere to our attendance policy.

2.2 Termination of Enrolment

RCN reserves the right to terminate a child's enrolment if:

• Fees are not paid on time.
• The child's behaviour poses a significant risk to others.
• Parents or guardians fail to comply with nursery policies.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Payment Terms

• Fees must be paid monthly in advance via bank transfer, direct debit, or childcare vouchers.
• Late payments may incur a late payment fee.
• Non-payment for more than two months may result in suspension or termination of services.

3.2 Refund Policy

• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not issued for absences, including illness, holidays, or emergency closures.
• Notice of withdrawal must be given at least four weeks in advance.

4. Health, Safety, and Wellbeing

4.1 Illness and Medication Policy

• Children showing signs of contagious illness must remain at home until cleared by a doctor.
• Medication will only be administered with written parental consent.
• Staff members are trained in first aid and emergency procedures.

4.2 Safeguarding and Child Protection

RCN is committed to child protection and follows UK safeguarding regulations.

• All staff undergo Enhanced DBS checks.
• Any suspected abuse or neglect will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4.3 Emergency Procedures

• In case of emergency, parents will be contacted immediately.
• Fire drills are conducted regularly, and all staff are trained in evacuation procedures.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

• Parents must drop off and collect children on time.
• Any change in pick-up arrangements must be communicated in advance.
• Parents should show respectful behaviour towards staff and other parents.

5.2 Behaviour and Discipline Policy

RCN uses positive reinforcement to encourage good behaviour. Unacceptable behaviours will be managed through:

• Verbal guidance and redirection.
• Parental involvement if necessary.
• In extreme cases, temporary or permanent exclusion from the nursery.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

RCN complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

• Personal data collected is used for administration, emergency contacts, and regulatory compliance.
• Data is securely stored and not shared with third parties without consent.
• Parents have the right to access, correct, or delete their data.
